Cliff Kirby owns the company, and has a few employees, not a huge staff, so he'll come out to do the estimate. His staff are competent, courteous, and knowledgeable, especially his office staff...which is his wife, Melinda. What a pleasant change to have someone in the office who is both nice and helpful! He even came and fixed something that PEPCO refused to touch.
