I booked a flight and also a cruise from this company and they had a wonderful staff willing to answer all of my questions. They had a nice office with plenty of options available. Brochures were available to help you plan your trip, and they also had cable internet to show you some options as well. Refunds were helpful if you changed your mind and the commission for the agents was low enough to enjoy the help in planning.
