My son had to go to this hospital when he was just four months old. Although the staff was friendly, I didn't feel like he was in the greatest of hands. After numerous attempts at an IV, they finally had to put it in his head. I was horrified they had poked him like ten times. I often felt like I was being treated like a nuisance, rather than a worried mother. I was glad to have the experience over with. On the flip side, I have had family in the same hospital who have said they were treated just fine. I guess it's the luck of the draw.
