My son had to go to the emergency room at this hospital. Since he is only two years old, they rushed him in rather quickly. The nurses gave him popsicles. Unfortunately, when trying to give him an IV, they failed miserably. Four nurses were trying to hold him down and they never did get the thing in his arm. It was very upsetting for a parent. The doctor performed much better than the nurses. Since I live here, I would have to take him back to the same hospital. I will discuss any IV procedures with a doctor beforehand, so as not to undergo the same thing twice where my son is concerned.
