You would think a hardware store would be neat and clean and organized. Not this one. When I walked in I felt like I had just entered a 1950's dime store. Everything was dusty and unorganized. I was helped promptly however, which improved their chances of me coming back. Management was friendly and efficient. I guess you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but...this book needed some cleaning.
