Belga Cafe is a bit pricey but worth every penny. The food is sumptuous and the beer fantastic. They have a nice collection of Belgian beers to choose from, fabulous food, and a very nice ambiance (although it can be a bit loud since it's often crowded and the acoustics need work). The mussels are excellent (several choices) and the desserts just right. I'm a regular and almost every meal at Belga has been delectable.
