wouldn't say that Custom Audio has bad customer service. Actually they have no customer service. It seems like once you purchase something then you no longer exist. When they manage to answer the phone, that person can not do anything but take a message. Of course, they never call back! Actually we won a TV from a raffle. Custom Audio convinced us to take a floor display. The bulb burned out in less than a year. So we had to replace that. Now 2 years later, it makes funny noises and shuts off becuase it overheats. We can't get Custom Audio to answer phone calls or look at it. I can't recommend this business! more
