That store has become a joke in my family at this point because my family ordered furniture from them 17 months ago and they still do not have their order completed. At first it was the "manufacturer's fault" because they ordered the wrong piece and then it was this and then it was that. Needless to say we could easily count 20 times that delivery has been promised or that a phone call would be returned or that the owner would "personally come and install" the piece etc. etc. I can't believe they're in business.
