This is authentic Texas barbecue. You don't need sauce to cover this meat. It's often compared to Cooper's in Llano, and I agree. However, this isn't as far of a trip. I highly recommend their jalapeno sausage... I've never had it so juicy and tasty. Their brisket is also cooked to perfection and as juicy as is necessary. Even their sides are good.
