I found Chuck Wade through my agent and he was possibly the only good resource my agent referred me to (though that is another review). Chuck was friendly and helpful, though perhaps a bit too persistent when I was still deciding on a lender.
However, in the end, he gave a good comparison, good tips on comparing to some other offers and a great rate.
