It is clear from first glance that Capitol Lunch is not spending any money on decor. What they are doing is making some of the best hot dogs I have ever eaten. Their grilled dogs have a great snap when you bite into them, and when you order a dog with their unique meat sauce, it becomes clear how Capitol Lunch has remained a staple in the diets of many people in New Britain and CT for many decades.
