While the customer service at my local Wells Fargo Bank is pretty good, the banks fees, policies, etc. are what bothers me. I have been a customer with Wells Fargo Bank for about four and a half years now and I am truly thinking of switching to another bank. I do not have free checking. Overdraft fees for checks is $33!! Other banks only charge $20-$25. Their interest rates for savings accounts are also quite a bit lower than the other local banks in this area. They are open on Saturdays from 9-2, and Monday-Friday from 9-6.
