When I went to an appointment at Friendly OB/GYN, I was rudely told that walk-ins could not be seen that day and I would have to come back. But I had an appointment!! The girl could not find my name, hassled me about having an appointment, and then finally found my name. She didn't even apologize. I never went back after that appointment!
