The theater at Alderwood nice, large, has comfortable seats, but it is the customer service that has caused me not to want to return. Recently, I went to the theater with a friend. We decided to get something to drink and some popcorn. When looking at the lines there were a couple that had multiple people in them and a one or two with none. After waiting, deciding what we wanted and seeing if anyone from one of the longer lines was going to hop over to one without anyone there we decided just to walk up to one of the open lines. Right as we were about to order someone physically pushes me out of the way and someone behind the counter snaps at me saying that she was here first. I assume that she was from one of the longer lines and the woman showed her that there were open ones as well. Now, I did not mind getting out of the way for someone who was there first. I DID mind being physically pushed out of the way, especially without so much as a "sorry" or even acknowledgment that I was even there. I also minded being treated as if I was deliberately trying to get in front of the women. This act severally made me angry and it was quite hard to enjoy the movie after being treated like dirt.
