I have just had the worst restaurant experience ever at this Ram's Horn and I feel compelled to let my friends know about it. We placed a carry-out order and only recieved part of it. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, who said he would make it right. When we went back to get the rest of the food this same manager not only refused to give us the food we paid for but threatened to call the police on us! I am sending a letter to the franchise office and I hope the $6.49 omelet was worth the bad publicity this store has generated among myself and my co-workers.
--->Update: I received a letter of apology from the franchise owner and a follow up phone call with a verbal apology.
