My wife and I have been to Sedeo several times now. Chef Aaron Hagerdorn is the new executive chef – does excellent work! ( I guess that's cooking ). He changes the menu frequently. So, there’s always something new. Aaron is very creative and his portions are a bit larger than the previous chef. Pricing is reasonable to somewhat expensive. It’s a little out of the way but, makes for a fun evening. Pete the manager (owner?) remembers us, how do you do that? Anyhow, very friendly place.
