The Studio has everything a person could want for physical, mental and spiritual health. Rochelle and all of the teachers are well-informed and caring instructors who will surely guide you through an uplifting practice. In addition, the Studio offers a variety of wonderful classes such as Pilates, Reiki, yoga dance and much, much more. I truly love practicing yoga at the Studio and recommend it to everyone.
