ABc prenatal program is great for low imcome families. They provide support for the pregnancy, free classes such as newborn care, breastfeeding, and labour and delivery classes. They also provide social support, and will help you enroll in wic (women infants and children). The downsides are long waits to be seen, and to make new apoinments, also you have to switch to a new doctor when you are 32 weeks along.
