South Gilbert is growing fast but we are still lacking in good restaurants in the vicinity. One exception is Serrano's Mexican Restaurant. Serving warm tortilla chips and salsa (hot salsa by request), you feel welcome the minute you are seated. Everything on the menu is great from the fajitas to the tacos to, my favorite, the chicken flautas. When we have visitors in town, we always take them to Serrano's.
