Chamberlin's has been in Central Florida for many years. I frequent their "flagship" store in Winter Park. They have a great selection of bulk foods, canned goods, and all of the vitamins you could ever need. What they lack: a good bear and wine selection (whole foods kills them every time) and good crusty bread. Their house sandwich bread is pretty good, but I would love it if they stocked some good old fashioned sour dough, etc. The produce leaves something to be desired, especially on weekends.
