The Ballard and Corum doubles as a bar/bakery. They have a complete selection of beers and some great specials, like 2$ yuenlings on tap. The place isn't very crowded until later on in the evening, and if you show up early they might have some free cookies from the bakery ready for the taking. The crowd ranges from local Winter Park hipsters to out-of-place people off the street (probably because the business surrounding the pub cater to the affluent people in the neighborhood).
