I ordered my Maya Wrap directly from the website about 7 years ago. They had great customer service, and sent me a video showing how to use the sling. I had started out with a Nojo baby sling, but it was bulky, and hot. A friend of mine had a Maya Wrap, and let me try hers. It only took a few days to convince me that it was worth the expense. When I ordered, they didn't have the color that I wanted in stock, but when I called, they were able to recommend a similar color, and I was very happy with it.
