I worked for Berry as a nursing assistant for a couple years. They are fairly flexible with their scheduling, and the office staff are nice to work with. The best thing I liked about working for a staffing agency and not directly for a hospital was nat having to work holidays if I didn't want to, being able to change my schedule last minute if I needed to, and not having to go back to a certain hospital If I didn't like working there. Berry really worked with me to find placements I was happy with.
