I went to J&J for a new bumper to be installed on my lexus after I was hit by a shopping cart. They first tried to pass off second-hand parts for the original. There shop was very disorganized and I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there. All in all the bumper was painted and replaced but the service/process could have been better.
