Addressed to Loehmanns Cinema (Indian movies section): Horrible customer service, very rude and don't honor your own ads or promotions--dishonest. Dirty halls and very low or no standards. I have not heard any of your patrons ever say anything but bad comments regarding your management and customer service. I thought the owner might want to know-if he wants to stay in business. Boycott this place till they learn a few atticates, professionalism is beyond their abilities.
