I went to their Merrimack, NH branch for a contact lens fitting. I believe the doctor's name was Dr. Francis. I ended up getting horribly mis-prescribed for my contacts. Long-distance vision was out of focus and blurry. When I bought my Acuvue Torics from them during the fitting they basically gave me all trial lenses, not the typical boxes you would get as new. How is that for service?
When I made the switch to their competitor, Nashua Eye Associates, the new doctor fitted me properly and was straightforward with me. I felt like I could trust him.
Please stay away from Merrimack Vision Care. I feel mad that they took my time and money. There is nothing I can do now.
