This BBQ joint is a local mom-and-pop shop. Its not big or real fancy, but the BBQ is top notch. Features hand-pulled smoked pork and Texas-style Beef Brisket.
They just won 2007 "Best Ribs in Brandon", though I'm not sure which rib won it. The spares are fabulous. Baby Backs are only on Fri/Sat nights and are cooked fresh just for dinner. And HUGE Beef Ribs on Fridays only. All are "un-sauced" as they prefer dry rub style to wet & messy.
Definitely give it a try. Chicken is awesome. And there's Lamb and Prime Rib on specific days, plus other specials.
