I was just talking to an old friend today, and while we were on the phone, he was at the Beacon Drive Inn... boy, that brought back memories! I could almost taste those famous chili cheese fries!!! Greasy, but oh, so good!!
The Beacon Drive Inn has been in Muskogee for as long as I can remember. Located on South York Street, with a Sonic practically next door (Sonic was the copycat), Beacon is like a landmark to any longtime Muskogee residents!
Beacon offers so many wonderful items, including specialty items like fried pickles, at a lower price than their major competitor next door! They offer good old fashioned shakes, prices and service!
