Where Kids Try to Play GrownUp 4/16/2006

The Midnight Rodeo is located on the East side of Tulsa. It is the only nightclub that allows anyone who is eighteen or older, rather than the traditional clubs that require you to be of legal drinking age. The Midnight Rodeo serves beer, but does not serve other alcoholic drinks, as there is a law prohibiting anyone under twenty-one to enter an establishment where "hard liquor" is sold. The Midnight Rodeo is not a place you want to visit if you are planning on a relaxing evening out! This place is known for the regular bar fights, as well as the high consumption of alcohol by underage patrons. They do offer some good country music, and a decent dance floor, and regularly have live entertainment, but you can find those at many safer nightclubs in Tulsa. Basically, this establishment caters to the younger partying crowd, so if you like the rowdy atmospheres, this is one of them, with the bouncers who look the other way and everything... if you're looking for a fun night out with your friends or partner, I would highly recommend going to another establishment with a more "grown up" environment. more
