I always love how commercials portray businesses in such a positive light... but once you get there... it's just not the case! One example is Burger King. I love Burger King's food... but I hate their service! It seems as if every single time we go there, they get our order completely messed up. I can handle a mistake once in a while, but all the time is pretty ridiculous. Their commercials stress that at Burger King you can "Have It Your Way"... well, that may be the case, but only if you return your order to have it corrected!
