We had a pretty sever rodent problem. To make a long story short after 2 + years and over $5,000 we still have a rodent problem.
I have found that Redi-National is completely unresponsive.
Redi-National came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning out our small attic. When they actually did the work, low and behold they came in at the estimate and then proceeded to tell me that it was a bid not an estimate. On top of that, despite removing old insulation and blowing in fluff, I looked down and saw "evidence" of rodents right at my feet.
They also placed traps in the attic and bate around the house. In hindsight, they should have eliminated the house of rodents and then done the attic.
After trying to reach someone for several months to question the price of the job, I gave up. I was given the run-around.
Although the contractor's who work for Redi-National are friendly the company provides no guarantee of workmanship or service.
In short, if you have a pest problem, Redi-National is going to solve it.
