I have never actually been to the store but my hubby has. He made no comment on the cleanliness of the store. The outside could use a little paint and landscape work done. The staff is helpful, professional and friendly. If you are having problems with your Dish Network Satellite give them a call. They will help you with any problem you have... However... and Caution... if they have to make a house call it will cost you about $65 and maybe more. Their specialties are commercial or residental, DVR, HDTV, Sales and Repairs. Need one permanently and you can buy the system. However if your just needing one for a couple of days or months you can lease one as well. They have a variety of channels to watch. They have something for every age, for every sports fan, cook, and etc. There is a variety of music channels to choose from as well.
