Aside of reviewing the products, lets talk about my experience with their customer service. The convertible crib and a mattress did not arrive as promised at the time of purchase within 6 weeks. No one bothered to call me from the store to let me know that it won't come in on time. Add to my frustration as expecting mother, I had to call a number of time to get any information as to when it will arrive. Finally I got a hold of the owners Molly and Bob Pressey. Bob told me that my crib won't be in for another 4 weeks. Also, he was extremely rude and did not even offer to resolve the situation. When I mentioned that the crib would arrive past my due date, he asked me if I had my C-section scheduled!!!! Talk about inappropriate and obnoxious behavior towards customers. He then proceeded by screaming at me that I have only one option and hung up! He then called me back to tell me that IF I would not listen he would hang up on me again. Which he did! When my husband and I confronted them in person they told us that we have only one option: they would refund our money. I am a few weeks from my due date and trying to resolve this situation. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Now think whether you want to buy anything at this store and be at their mercy....
