Hmm. I was a bit confused about that question mark after the word "Express" in the previous Review's 'Title'.
No question in my mind! Express DOES mean just that. I recently discovered this gem in my neighborhood and just today, on my way to work, my chain severely slipped...... and paid a cab to drive me and my wheels to my job.
I phoned Express at Noon and asked if they could fix the problem (asap today), as my bike is my O-N-L-Y means of transportation.
I arrived at 12:05pm -- and was out by 12:15pm. Now, I'd call that Express!.
So I say, Cudos to the Technician. This fellow works so fast it amazes me; he also put on new tires & new brake pads last week. Watching him is like watching a magician. Don't blink!.
I've spread the word........ so, more customer's will be decending from the Highland Village area!.
