The staff members we encountered at Gordon Jewelers were very inattentive. They did not welcome us when we entered or as we were looking at jewelry in the cases. When we did get their attention, they were clueless to things such as "serial numbers" engraved into diamonds.
Their prices seemed pretty good, though.
