Surplus City has two buildings that are across a parking lot from each other.
One side has hardware (tools, car parts, etc.) and the other has craft supplies (fabric, silk flowers, etc.) Both halves also have other items occasionally, such as office furniture and books.
Most of the "surplus" items' prices are very good, however some of the "new" items' prices are a bit high.
The staff really sets Surplus City apart, though. When you walk in (either side) and ask for help finding an item, even if you don't specifically know what you need, the staff will assist you completely and make sure that you find just what you were looking for.
