I've had both good and bad experiences with this urgent care practice. On all occasions I've had to wait an extraordinarily long time, but I think that just comes with any walk-in practice. So if you plan on spraining your ankle, grab a book before you go. The staff is efficient once your turn finally comes. There were times I got a room, and there were times I had to make do with a curtained off area. Again prepare for another long wait. As far as the doctors go, I've had good ones and bad ones. One doctor was so genuine and helpful that I almost forgive the bad ones I got. So all in all this is not the worst place to go, unless you can't stand waiting.
