I really enjoying kickboxing at ILKB! I started off with the 3 class trial with the free gloves and then decided kickboxing was the best way to lose weight alongside with my twin brother. Its been almost been a month since my brother and I became an official members. We are now seeing results! We are slowly losing weight and being more conscious of what we eat. We try to go 3-4 times a week. I really enjoy coming to class because all the instructors are so kind, supportive, and motivating. Would recommend to those who need motivation to exercise or wanting a new different kind of exercising experience. Kickboxing is what I look forward at the end of a busy day and really helped me cope with stress I have at school. I have never sweat as much in my life until I went to ILKB.
