Kashmir Restaurant in downtown Hartford serves North Indian cuisine. They have a wide range of dishes to choose from. The food was tasty and well prepared and served. Nothing special... just like any other Indian restaurant. The price of the entrées was average. They have a thali which I think is good value as they get a variety of dishes for one price. They have no parking at all. So you have to depend on street parking which can be difficult. A lunch buffet would be nice.
