This dentist needs to really consider getting new office staff. They are not customer friendly at all. The attitutude while I was attempting to schedule an appointment was that they were doing me a favor. I also attempted to schedule a cleaning but was told they will only do an evaluation for a new patient, which would mean I would have to go in a least a second time. For me that means I would have to take more time off from work.
