This was one of the best decisions I have made for myself and for my family. They have awesome instructors that assist you with the workouts, and modifications for your level type. They encourage you to keep pushing for your goals, and motivate you with many incentives, so you can get where you need to be. The place is very nice, always ventilated and looking clean and tidy, no sweaty gym smell!
