The only reason I had decided to use Castle dental in the first place was because it was in a convenient location to everything. When I first walked in I noticed how unfriendly the front desk staff were. I went ahead though because I didn't have to interact with them for the teeth cleaning. The hygienist was great. The dentist was a jerk. He made totally unprofessional comments and just had a very bad "bedside" manner to him. I will never go back there again. I had to call corporate because I was so appalled at their attitude.
