We love to eat here! The waiters are friendly but just reserved enough to remind you of how professional waiters behave (think: any country outside the US). The spring rolls and the Vietnamese rolls are mind-blowing. Don't miss them! We've tried a number of dishes and although some are just great, your chances of getting something outstanding are very good.
But then there's the Vietnamese coffee. Order it iced or hot, it's some of the best in the northeast - even including New York City (according to a local Syracuse coffee roaster). Once in awhile a less experienced waiter makes the coffee; if it drips too fast through the little pot sitting on your glass, it wasn't done quite right but it still tastes very good. But if you have an experienced waiter making it, it will take 10-15 minutes to drip through. Let it. Your patience will be richly rewarded with one of the most heavenly coffee experiences to be had anywhere. It is typically served dripping into Vietnamese sweetened condensed milk. Order it black if you don't want the sugar. The coffee has its own special dark sweetness anyway.
