PJ's is an institution in Princeton and the place to be on Sunday for breakfast after church. There is always a line outside the door, rain or shine, when I drive by at 11:30 am on Sunday. The pancakes are great and the variety of syrups and styles makes it fun to order. My son loves the silver dollar pancakes and can usually eat them all! I recommend PJ's but know you'll probably have to wait to get in.
