I do not like the new pricing they have at Hollywood Video. It was not very clear in their stores how they no longer have one video for one dollar for five days. The staff weren't very friendly in trying to explain the new fee's and policies, which then led me to take my business to their competitor. Movie rentals are the same everywhere -- the key difference in success will be service and fees.
