Ebisu has got to be the best sushi restaurant in Palm Beach County. The fish has always been very fresh and the sushi is delicious. Their kama is also an excellent appetizer and it is one of my favorites. Try to save room for dessert however, because the tempura bananas are great and done differently than I have seen anywhere else. To top it off, the staff is extremely pleasant and I always feel welcome there.
