The owner of Darnell Construction is the same person behind Darnell-Group and other business names doing the same work from the same location. The owner was paid over $10,000 from me and failed to do the work he was contracted to perform on my house. The owner has multiple judgements against him in Missouri's civil courts, including mine for breach of contract. The owner is also in bankruptcy and owes tens of thousands to many creditors which has made getting my judgement paid much more difficult. The owner creates multiple business names to make collecting legal judgments difficult for ripped off customers.
