I have called Honke Heating three times with a question about the services for which I am being billed. The office staff always abruptly say that only the service technician can answer my questions and he will call me back. He never has. Then I called and asked to speak to the general manager or owner. Again, the office staff talk to me like I am a twit because I do have an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the Honke Heating office. I was put on hold three times, waiting, and then they said they will have to take a message. I asked to have him call me back. He never has. Now I get a "past due" bill in the mail. I am being billed for a service that was not completed and they will not answer my questions. That is not fast and friendly customer service!
