I had the pleasure of being referred to a local Realtor in Fountain Hills/Scottsdale. Tim Grossglauser (I believe the spelling is correct) took the time to not only find out what my needs and goals were, but went the extra step in finding everything that ended up being better than I could have imagined.
He found the best deals, already had the values of the homes available from his appraiser when I went to look at the homes, and treated my like I was his most important client even though I know he is very busy.
To top everything off, being that he is a mortgage lender in Arizona he was able to beat the Interest rate on my loan that I was prequalified for through a major nationwide mortgage company.
I don't have his card off hand, but I do remember his mortgage website that should have his contact info.
