My daughter started playing the clarinet in her school band and after only one week we'd lost a part to it! I was at a complete loss, not even knowing what the part was called and concerned about the cost of replacing the missing part. Adter three phone calls to "other" so-called music stores, I still lnew nothing... I called the cllovis music center and within two minutes I knew what it was and how to replace it! My visit in to pick it up was under ten minutes in total...I wouldn't waste my time anywhere else.
